C1 is locked against its stop; clamps retain the seated part.
Datums are not floating clamp jaws. A/B coordinates are preset and locked. C1 retracts for loading, then returns to a positive shoulder and lock before clamping. Pads are rigid contour carriers with thin liners, not soft foam nests.
Review limits. The customer shell is a simplified, vertex-derived model. The six-contact rank check assumes a rigid part and closed contacts. Skin indentation, clamp preload, axial sensitivity and repeatability remain unqualified. External clamp patches must be approved and excluded from coating / scan coverage.
